Sriracha Fried Chicken

Here is the recipe for my infamous Sriracha Fried Chicken, it's a fan and personal favourite, so i'm sharing it with you all!

The Chicken

900g chicken wings

1 tablespoon Rajah Chicken Seasoning

2 Knorr Chicken cubes (1 packet)

1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

1 tablespoon Schwartz Sriracha Seasoning

1/4 cup of Flying Goose Sriracha Sauce

1.Wash the chicken with a cold white vinegar rinse

2.Season the chicken with all the powder seasonings and toss it until the chicken is evenly covered

3.Add the sriracha sauce and toss again until the chicken is evenly covered

4.Leave in the fridge for 3 hours to marinate

The Batter

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon of Aromat

1 tablespoon of Schwartz Sriracha powder

1 teaspoon of curry powder

1/2 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt

1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1.Preheat your oil to 190 degrees Celsius

2.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

3.Put the flour in a bowl and add the seasonings and mix until you get an even distribution of seasonings through the flour

4.Place wings in the batter one by one and coat each one evenly Place your wings in the oil in batches, making sure each one has plenty of space and fry at 190 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown

5.Place your fried chicken on a baking tray and put it in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through
